UU Kingsley 1214J: I purchased this bull as a yearling from the Van Newkirk program in their 2022 sale, and he has flat proven himself ever since. What caught my attention that day was his combination of a 62 lb. birth weight and a powerful set of maternal and carcass EPDs — Maternal Milk, Milk & Growth, Maternal Calving Ease, Marbling, BMI, and CHB. He checked the boxes on paper, and more importantly, he has backed it up in the pasture. His sons should make excellent heifer bulls, carrying forward the same calving ease and maternal reliability that has made him such a dependable herd sire for us. When a bull performs this predictably and consistently, it takes the guesswork out of breeding decisions — and that kind of confidence is hard to put a price on.
